What the booking form collects

Submitting an enquiry sends your name, email, phone number (if given), event type, date, location, and message. That's the full extent of it — no hidden fields, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts on this site collecting anything else about you.

How it's used

An enquiry becomes a draft reply — checked against calendar availability and current pricing, written by the business owner or reviewed by him before anything is sent. Nothing sends itself. The information is used to reply to you, assess availability, and, if a booking goes ahead, to manage that booking (calendar entries, invoicing, expense records).

Who processes it

A small number of named services, each doing one specific job, none of them reselling or advertising against your data:

• Google— Gmail (reading enquiry emails, holding draft replies until they're sent by hand), Calendar (checking and recording availability), and Sheets (client and expense records). The connected app can create draft replies but is never granted permission to send email on its own, and can only delete calendar events it created itself.
• Anthropic— processes enquiry text to help draft a reply. It sees the content of your message; it doesn't store it beyond what's needed to generate that draft.
• Telegram — used only to notify the business owner and collect his approval before anything is sent. Notifications go to his account only.
• Etsy— handles print-shop purchases directly; order data from Etsy is read to keep local records in sync, governed separately by Etsy's own privacy policy for anything you buy there.

What never happens

Your information is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone beyond the services listed above. Nothing is sent, posted, or paid automatically — every outbound action in this system is a draft a human reviews first.

How long it's kept

Enquiry and booking records are kept as long as needed to run the business — mainly for scheduling history and accounting. If you'd like your information removed, ask and it'll be deleted from active records, short of anything already required for financial record-keeping.

Children

This site and its services aren't directed at children, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will update. Worth a re-read occasionally if you're a repeat client.
